Terms of Service
By accessing or using Excel2One ("the Service") at excel2one.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Excel2One ("the Service") at excel2one.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is a free online tool that merges Excel workbooks entirely within your web browser.
2. Description of the Service
Excel2One is a client-side spreadsheet merging tool. Workbooks are read and combined on your device using web technologies. We do not upload, store, or access your Excel files. The Service copies worksheets from multiple input files into a single output workbook (.xlsx). Supported inputs are .xlsx, .xls, and .csv. File order in the list determines the order worksheets are added.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the spreadsheets you choose to merge. You must have the legal right to copy, combine, and use that data. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including processing copyrighted or confidential material without authorization.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer its components for abusive purposes, or use automated means to overload the website. The Service is intended for personal and legitimate business spreadsheet tasks. We may restrict access if we detect abuse of the website infrastructure.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free merging, or that output workbooks will preserve every formula, macro, chart, or layout from your source files. Merged results depend on the structure and features of your source workbooks. Always review the output before discarding originals.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excel2One and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or calculation errors in output files. Because processing occurs on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups of original workbooks.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
